I think Im going to sell my car and buy a scooter. Being a two car family Im just not using my car much these days and its way too expensive to keep it on the road for those rare occasions when I do use it. I scooter has to be a cheaper alternative.

I have to say that Im not liking the whole idea of people posting pictures of other people on the internet. With the popularity of websites like YouTube, MySpace and Facebook people are taking it upon themselves to not only breach their own privacy but also breaching yours and my privacy.

New technologies bring new concepts I guess. Im not against pictures of me being on the internet - infact I post enough of them myself. But I dont necessarily like the idea of someone else taking it upon themselves to create a portfolio of pictures of me. I particularly dont like the idea of the picture then being tagged with my name.

One or Two pictures of me on your website is flattering, a dozen or so if kinda creepy.

Did I step into a time machine and magically get transported a month or so into the future? Where has this last month gone? Here I am again failing to keep up a regular amount of postings here on the blog. Or actually the one post per month maybe is about as regular as it gets.

So whats been happening? Work is sooo busy. Was I kidding myself when I said I wanted to come back to work 4 days a week rather then 5? Sure I may only be turning up for work Monday through to Thursday - but Im not winning out of this arrangement. It seems the only one who understands that I only work 4 days a week is me. There is no filter on my email or telephone that stops the work coming in on Fridays. The hours I am putting in those 4 days more then make up for the Fridays that I have off. But its all worth it.. as I get to spend Fridays with Romers :)

So whats Romers up to.. almost walking. She can walk along if you hold her hands - although she gets a bit upset if you dont hold them both - but I think she will be walking on her own by Xmas.

There are lots of other little development steps that are occurring though - all so many that it seems like there is something new each day. Pointing, new words (her own of course), although she appears to be able to understand quite a few words when we talk to her. Annabelle's mum taught her to comb her hair yesterday - that was cute.

Arhh isnt life grand?
